Getting started guide

Is Roogoo Card a credit card?

It is a prepaid card: add funds before spending. It does not provide an overdraft or credit line.

Where do I enter the invitation code?

The application link includes emhdmm. Check that it appears on the registration page, or use the copy button and enter it manually.

Can I pay for ChatGPT or Claude?

Premier, Enjoy and Buddy support ChatGPT and Claude subscriptions, subject to merchant acceptance. Buddy support is based on information supplied by the site owner. Infinity-II does not support AI subscriptions.

Does a free first card mean there are no fees?

No. Card-opening promotions are separate from transaction, authorization, refund and other fees. Check the rules for your selected card.

What happens if a payment fails?

A declined payment or insufficient balance may incur fees. Check the balance and cancellation rules, and cancel subscriptions before closing a card.

How are visits counted?

New visits are deduplicated using an anonymous browser ID. Refreshing or changing language does not add another visitor for the same ID. Displayed totals round down to the nearest 5,000; the actual count remains stored.
